Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Kippi is operated by Alon Gefen Technology ("Kippi," "we," or "us"), based in Kadima, Israel. You can reach us at hello@kippi.help.

This privacy policy applies to the Kippi website at kippi.help ("the site"). It does not yet cover the Kippi mobile application, which is in development. A separate policy will be published before the app launches.

2. What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect two things: your email address (which you enter yourself), and the web page that referred you to our site (your browser's "referrer"), which helps us understand where people are hearing about Kippi.

We do not collect:

• Your name
• Health or medical information
• Financial information
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or tracking cookies

3. Why we collect it

We use your email address for one purpose: to notify you when the Kippi app is available. We will not send you marketing emails beyond this launch notification without your explicit consent. The referrer is used only in aggregate, to understand which channels bring people to Kippi.

4. Where we store it

Your email address is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database service (see Supabase's privacy policy). Data is hosted in Supabase's Southeast Asia (Singapore) region. We do not store your data on any other third-party service.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes. We will not disclose your data unless required to do so by law.

6. How long we keep it

We will retain your email address until the Kippi app launches and you have been notified, or until you request deletion - whichever comes first. If the project does not launch within 24 months, we will delete all waitlist data.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request that we correct or delete your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@kippi.help with the subject line "Data request." We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or any third-party analytics.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify waitlist members by email.
